Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solderer to assemble and solder electronic components and PCB assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision soldering under magnification while following written instructions and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Solder thru-hole, SMT, and hybrid components to FR4 PCBs
• Perform work to IPC-A-610 Class 3 / J-STD-001 / Mil-STD standards
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, soldering irons, hot air tools, and multimeters
• Inspect and clean PCBAs before and after assembly
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality requirements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on soldering experience to IPC-A-610 Class 3 / J-STD-001
• Ability to work with small, fine-pitch components
• Mechanical dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Fluent in English (read/write/speak)

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Written testing required (ESD & soldering)
